| The work place is a weekly careers programme that targets high School learners, those from historically disadvantaged back ground especially the girl child. The programme seeks to portray various careers and professional options that are available and, at the same time, demystify the careers making the learners aware of their own capabilities to attain the professions. |

The world has gone through an electronic revolution. This has seen the development of a new technology namely the Information and Communication Technology. The sector that has been greatly benefited from this new technology is the media sector, this has seen the rise of electron media where electronic renovations have revolutionalised the way news has been produced and also decimated. The television industry has benefited from the changes, to the extent that with the advent of video television entertainment has bee personalized as so the creation of a new industry that of video or television programmes production. One of the key persons in television programmes production is the executive producer. In this programme we shall showcase the duties and responsibilities of the executive producer.
