USER AGREEMENT
"AGREEMENT"

By accessing and using this site, you (“User”) acknowledge and accept that you have read and understand and are bound by the contents of the terms and conditions contained hereunder which apply to the use of this site. If you do not understand or agree with, or do not wish to bound by, any of these terms and conditions, you may not access or use this site. Please check these terms and conditions periodically for changes as the owner of this site ("Channel Africa") reserves the right to revise your continued use of this site and any changes would constitute the status of the standing terms and conditions. Channel Africa reserves the right to forbid a User's use of this site other than those stipulated under this Agreement. You also agree that you shall not translate, re-engineer or alter any content or material on or received via this site unless prior agreed to. You confirm that you understand that such actions are likely to subject you to serious civil and criminal legal penalties and that Channel Africa shall pursue such penalties to the full extent of the law to protect its rights and rights of its other associates. It is prohibited for any person to gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, or attempt to deliver and/or deliver any unauthorised or damaging matter to this site. Any person who delivers or attempts to deliver any unauthorised or damaging matter to this site or attempts to gain unauthorised access to this site, shall be criminally liable and, in the event that Channel Africa should suffer any damage or loss, civil action will be instituted and damages will be claimed.

APPLICABLE LAW

The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this contract. The User fully acknowledges that any dispute resulting in legal intervention shall be concluded within the jurisdiction of South Africa and that the applicable laws of South Africa shall prevail.

Channel Africa may provide links to the User only as a convenience and the inclusion of any link on this site does not imply Channel Africa’s endorsement of such sites. Channel Africa shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for the contents, use or inability to use or access any linked sites or any links contained in a linked website.

PRIVACY POLICY

No personal information will directly be disclosed to third parties without the User’s consent. However, Channel Africa may share personal information with its business associates. Channel Africa gathers and will be in possession of the following private information of sers;
